The Sour Notes (Austin, TX est. 2007) return from their 6th DIY self booked summer tour in support of their 4th LP 'LAST LOOKS,' released on 180 gram audiophile yellow vinyl at their epic tour kickoff last month.  

They celebrate their return this Saturday at The Mohawk with LA based psychedelic pop band DUNES who are on these labels:

The Sour Notes tour was made possible by the sale of a song by The Sour Notes to SHOWTIME's Shameless. The song was called "One Fell Swoop" and it went toward's the van rental with it's luxurious A/C and working windshield wipers.

The Sour Notes 20 show trek was an epic one, previewing new material from their upcoming 5th album "Do What May," new friendships across the country were forged, long lost relatives were met and although a drummer was lost in DC, a new one was gained in Durham!

The Sour Notes tour took place up the mid-west into Canada and down the East Coast into the South.
