Wayfaring Americana outfit These United States is offering a special sneak preview of their new s/t album, streaming for this week only at the band's SoundCloud. After playing its 800th show in its 44th state last year, the band kicked off a successful sold-out North American tour with Trampled By Turtles in April, and recently wrapped a set of dates with Heartless Bastards. The band embarks on a headlining tour next week, including a newly added New Haven, CT date, acting as direct support to the legendary Willie Nelson. These United States also announced new West Coast dates in continued support of their eponymous new album, out on June 12th with United Interests. The album is available for purchase here!    

These United States is the quintet's fifth studio album and features collaborations with Deer Tick, Cotton Jones, Phosphorescent, The Mynabirds, Ben Sollee, Langhorne Slim, Revival, and the entire Frontier Ruckus band. Recorded with Duane Lundy (Jim James, Ben Sollee, Adam Arcuragi), the LP is a culmination of bandleader Jesse Elliott's geographical aspirations.  Inspired by the incredible mix of stories and people across the country, Elliott returned to Kentucky and New York over several sessions to longtime musical partners J. Tom Hnatow, Justin Craig, and Robby Cosenza to make sense-and sound-of it all.
