The brand new Uvalde County Fairplex Arena will be the stage for three nights of exciting pro rodeo action.  Friday and Saturday night performances will begin at 7 p.m., Sunday at 6 p.m. 

 

Rodeo events will include: Bareback Riding, Steer Wresting, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Calf (tie-down) Roping, Barrel Racing, Break Away Roping and Bull Riding.  Youth events will include Mutton Bustin' and a Calf Scramble. 

 

Stock Contractor

 

Cadillac Rodeo Company of Mexia, Texas will serve as the official stock contractor/producer of the 2012 Palomino Fest Pro Rodeo, Aug. 31 - Sept. 2, 2012.  

 

Proud do be known as today's hottest performance in Texas, Cadillac Rodeo Company provides some of the roughest and rankest rodeo stock on the circuit.  In 2011 CRC was given the prestigious "Stock Contractor of the Year" award at the CPRA Finals.

 

Cadillac Rodeo Company's outstanding string of livestock also earned them Saddle Bronc Horse of the Year with "H6 Honky Tonk Woman" and Bull of the Year with "215 Alabama Jam", in 2011.

World-famous Rodeo Clown, Leon Coffee has delighted crowds and helped protect contesting cowboys for over 30 years.  

A United States Army veteran, bullfighter, and “man in the can”, Coffee has repeatedly been selected as a barrel man and bullfighter for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas, NV. 

Coffee will entertain Palomino Fest Rodeo crowds each night of the rodeo.
