Come celebrate the official release of Barstool Poetry (The Early Years: 1992-2000), an anthology of poems written by me, my friends and a slew of complete strangers.
The Barstool Poetry Concept:
1. Grab a napkin & pen.2. Jot down a poem title.
3. Pass pen & napkin to a friend (or stranger).
4. "Write a poem to fit that title!"
5. Let the good times roll.
We'll read poems from the book, sign copies for anyone who wants to buy one -- and hopefully a new barstool poem or two will even get written. To facilitate this, each attendee will be asked to contribute at least one napkin-with-a-title into our Fishbowl of Titles. Don't worry, we won't insist that you write an entire poem. But we'd sure be glad if you did.
