In honor of Mardi Gras, Banger's will be roasting an alligator, swamp rat, and a wild boar. (Yes, you read correctly.)
Music will be provided by Gumbo Ce Soir, an Austin Cajun music group, as well as Dead Music Capital Band, an outrageously macabre marching band, complete with a 17-piece brass band in full make-up and costume.
Food will start at noon, until it runs out. Celebrate Mardi Gras right with Banger's!
