West By West Campus is still the only music festival in Austin's university district. Four stages showcase local music at a slew of student housing co-operatives around 21st and Rio Grande streets. From the crack of noon until late into the night, WXWC is an organized, loose and well-controlled party that will introduce you to the best local bands that you don't know yet, all in an unorthodox environment.
