From the Promoter: TThe Artist's Market is a festive outdoor art fair that features a variety of work by local artists and craftsmen including paintings, photography, sculpture, pottery, jewelry, stained glass, clothing, candles and more. All works are handmade by the artists, no imports or resale items are allowed. Each weekend different artists participate, so the market is always fresh and new.
The Artist's Market was founded in September, 2003 to provide a quality art market where shoppers could find a good mix of works by local artists, and to provide artists a supportive place to sell their work. The Market brings new daytime activities to the 6th St. Entertainment District that will appeal to local art lovers, families and tourists alike.
