We combine yoga, breathing techniques, stretching and postures, meditation and relaxation, and knowledge. By incorporating all these beautiful facets we are able to look deep beyond the level of the physical body and really sharpen our sensitivity and awareness of subtler levels of existence. Practice of the same cultivates a more healthy and happy lifestyle.
Beyond mere inhalation and exhalation to stay alive, proper breathing has been proven to relieve physical discomfort, to de-stress, to relax the body and calm the mind. Alternative health care practitioners will even go so far as to say that the breath can actually eliminate diseases and toxins, not only acting as a preventive but also as a cure. Then of course there are legions of meditators that acknowledge the breath as the key to ,spiritual awakening, the incontrovertible link between the body and the mind.
“Observe your breath see how different it is when you are happy Or sad.” Manage your breath, and you manage your life. In these sessions on Saturday evenings, participants would be carefully guided by trained instructors and teachers through a series of precise breathing exercises, Meditation, Yoga and much more.
The breathing techniques energize, detoxify, and clear the mind of tension, fatigue and worry. In between the breathing processes are group conversations on living life to the fullest, yoga and a lot of self-exploration.
Participants find a profound transformational experience during these sessions. They take with them valuable lessons to implement life(Practical Wisdom for getting the most out of life), with powerful techniques to continue a few minutes daily at home. The theme of these workshops is appreciation of life in its fullness -- not in some near or far future, but right here and now -- in the present moment.
These sessions present the basics of Yoga,Meditation, Breath work to beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. During these sessions emphasis will be given to learning the rhythm of our breath to increase our overall focus, awareness, centeredness.
We have Yoga Mats, backjacks, water, cushion etc everything provided at the center. You can attend 1 or more session to your choice. The entire series will build sequentially so it is sure recommended to do the whole series. There is a discount if you register for more than 3 sessions.
Participants are requested to arrive atleast 10mins early for registration and getting seated.
