A mere two and one-half miles east of Downtown, Boggy Creek Farm is located in Central East Austin. For directions, click on Map to the Farm. Every Wednesday and Saturday, from 9 AM to 1 PM, we hold a farm stand market under the massive live oak tree. Labor intensive items (like salad mixes) are harvested the morning prior, but a lot of the produce is picked fresh that very morning, and to guarantee freshness to late-arriving customers, the harvest continues all morning long (or until heat or low humidity compromises quality.) Some items, such as garlic and onions, are usually harvested at one time period and stored, and are available as long as supplies last.
