They’re good. Nakia puts every ounce of energy into it. And, if you tip the band a couple of bucks, the Fresh Up Girls give you gum! Seriously, what more could you ask for? If you don’t go soon, a few months from now when you say, “Man, I used to see Nakia and The Southern Cousins at Ego’s for $5”, you’ll be lying.

Seriously – if you have not seen this show yet – you are doing yourself a disservice. Nakia pours every drop of his soul (and a whole lot of sweat) into every song and the band is really tight. I mean… come on… How many acts are sporting background singers in town? See ya at Ego’s!
