  • The UT-tini ($5 all game day long, and only $5 the following week if UT wins!)
    Hennessy VS, fresh peach, crème de peche and lemon shaken and served in a cinnamon-sugar crusted martini glass.
  • Cucumber Blueberry Martini
    Stoli Blueberi vodka is shaken with fresh lime, cranberry and crushed cucumber served straight up.
  • Elderflower 75
    A variation on the classic – St. Germain Elderflower liqueur shaken with fresh lemon and topped with Moet & Chandon Imperial.
  • Raspberry Crusta
    Fresh raspberries and lemon are muddled with Ultimat vodka and Cruzan raspberry rum. Served tall and topped with a poof of sparkling rose in a sugar-crusted glass.
  • Juniper Grapefruit
    Fresh Texas ruby red grapefruit and sweet basil are crushed against Belvedere Pink Grapefruit, New Amsterdam gin and Aperol. Shaken and served straight up.
  • Lonestar ‘Perfect’ Margarita
    Patrón Silver, Patrón Citrónge, fresh lime and agave nectar. Simply delicious.
  • Pineapple Ginger Mojito
    Fresh pineapple and mint are muddled with lime. Shaken and served tall with 10 Cane rum and a hint of ginger spice.
  • Ward 8
    A classic from the late 1800’s. Our version uses ri(1) rye whiskey, fresh lemon and our homemade grenadine. Shaken and served up.
  • Grand Smash
    A simple classic. Muddled lemons and mint shaken with Grand Marnier.
  • VS Peach Martini
    A refined peach martini – Hennessy VS, fresh peach, crème de peche and lemon. Shaken and served in a up cinnamon-sugar crusted martini glass.
  • Irish Café Martini
    Bushmills Irish whiskey, Patrón XO Café are shaken with chilled coffee and topped with a thin layer of cream. Garnished with three espresso beans for good luck.
  • Lemon Crème Martini
    Sweet, tart and creamy. Just like a Lemon Meringue pie. Tito’s vodka, Caravella Limoncello, and St. Germain Elderflower liqueur. Shaken with hand-squeezed lemon, cream and frothed egg white.
