Executive Chef, Dan Stacy (The Seedling Truck, Royal Fig Catering) is pioneering a new venture in conjunction with local farmers and artisans at HOPE Farmers Market beginning February 10th. The Seedling Truck has been a fixture at HOPE Farmer’s Market offering hot brunch items made from the products available at the market each week. The Seedling Pantry will make it possible for market goers to create dishes at home using Chef Stacy’s homemade staples.
The Seedling Pantry will feature items including:
Chicken and Vegetable Stocks
Seasonal Jams and Preserves
Recipe suggestions will be given each week using Seedling Pantry products and items available at the market. Come by each week to find out how you can wow your family with a new and exciting dish made from scratch! Look for our new Seedling Pantry booth and don’t forget to keep sampling the Seedling Truck for brunch each week too!
