The curriculum stresses both hands-on technical development and fluency in contemporary visual art discourse. Students selected for the exhibition finish their degree programs in the Fall 2006, Spring 2007 or Summer 2007. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Clint Willour has been Curator of the Galveston Arts Center for the past seventeen years and also served as its Executive Director for ten years.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Willour has served on a number of art councils and organizations throughout Texas including the Cultural Arts Council of Houston/Harris County, the Texas Commission on the Arts, the San Antonio Department of Arts and Cultural Affairs as well as the Houston Center for Photography.
