Roger Clyne’s music is more familiar to millions than his name is: As leader of The Refreshments, he co-wrote and performed the theme song for the TV show King Of The Hill. Clyne hasn’t been a Refreshment for a while, though: He now leads The Peacemakers, mixing roots and country influences into a whooped-up frenzy. The outfit’s usual hooting and hollering can be found on its latest full-length, No More Beautiful World. Opening: Sherman.
