- Multi-use facility: concerts, basketball, tennis, indoor soccer, rodeos, trade shows, figure skating competitions, conventions, banquets, dances, graduations, pageants, celebrations and seminars.
- Building will be 181,640 square feet, with 6,800 seats for hockey and 8,700 seats for concerts.
- Center site is on 31 acres that will include 2,700 parking spaces.
- A retail site of 17 acres is adjacent for mixed-use development that will include 91,000 square feet for retail and 91,000 square feet for commercial. Developer: Hicks Cedar Park, LLC.

Sigur Rós is known for their melancholic, ethereal sound that, despite being far from mainstream, has spawned hit songs and been featured on Hollywood soundtracks including the film “Vanilla Sky.”
Some critics such as Jim Fusilli of The Wall Street Journal and David Fricke of Rolling Stone magazine have hailed the group as one of the best rock acts in the world.
