Central Market offers a wide range of culinary classes, including demonstration, hands-on and interactive classes as well as a variety of wine classes. Classes include recipes, demonstrations and sample tastings. Wine tastings are included for most evening classes. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If classes are fully booked, we’re happy to add you to our waiting list and will contact you if space becomes available. Please call the school directly to book a class. To avoid being charged the full price of the class, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. 512-458-3068
