Ego's is a very unique and legendary underground club. We are a friendly neighborhood bar with a great space for hanging out and/or live music. The staff is ecclectic and very helpful. We have pool tables, pinball and video games. You havent really tasted Austin untill you been to Ego's. Ego's
Ego’s Lounge as you knew and loved it is no more. It has been turned into a Karaoke bar by it’s owner. Seriously. A bar that used to bring you the likes of Dale Watson, Bill Kirchen, Redd Volkeart, Two Hoots and a Holler, James Hand and a million others is now a Karaoke bar. Goodbye Austin, it was good while it lasted. So if you’re into $2.50 Lonestar and some dude sleazing his way through Hotel California for the third time, Ego’s Lounge is for you!
