a multi-disciplinary arts space.
We offer a beautifully refined 7500 sq ft. pier and beam warehouse (previously a sex toy factory) with tough as nails hardwood floors.
Located in East Austin neighboring the established Blue Theatre, Blue Genie, and the under construction new studios/gallery from Big Medium. The building lies on an acre of land with plenty of trees, shade and parking.
We’re here for the forward thinking, the professional, the devoted, the creative, the skilled, the experienced artists to fill out these built-to-suit communal and private workspaces.
