An outside patio makes you feel at home, and a well-stocked salsa bar keeps your mouth busy with the chips. The crowd is packed with folks of all ages and descriptions, and they’re all unhurried. Polvo’s serves Mexican fare that tastes like it might actually have come from Mexico. The burrito con puerco needs to be eaten with a fork. The migas satisfy that I-want-breakfast-but-it’s-dinnertime jones. The camarón margarita has rich, rather sweet shrimp.
