Prize

Lisa Bagby (Owner) is a native Texan who attended the University of
Texas in Austin before setting off to live and work in Los Angeles
(where she earned an MBA at USC), San Francisco, and New York City. For
more than a decade she worked in merchandising for retailers including
Pottery Barn, Z Gallerie, Restoration Hardware, and Bliss Spa. Lisa
embodies a combination of real-world business acumen, a keen eye for
design and style, and a warm, welcoming Texan demeanor. She has now
returned home to Austin to open PRIZE, a luxury gift and accessory
boutique in the heart of downtown. When she’s not at PRIZE, you will
probably find her checking out live music around town.
Jennifer Fisher (Manager/Buyer) has always had a passion for all things
aesthetic. She grew up in a small town in the Arizona desert with little
to do but recreate the latest fashions from her wardrobe and rearrange
her parents furniture. She’s exercised her talents in several fields
including, but not limited to, event planning, interior design and
overall hospitality. She considers herself a “Jen of all Trades”.
Jennifer enjoys the great outdoors and everything Austin has to offer.
She loves the city´s culture, adores its people, and has made Texas her
home. Like the saying goes… “She wasn´t born here, but she got here as
fast as she could.”
Clare Vaughan has a profound appreciation for sophistication, class and
taste and believes all should be an integral part of one’s lifestyle.
She was born and raised in a charming little fishing town on the Texas
coast. Her grandmother, a former model and cover girl, heavily
influenced her appreciation for beauty and fashion. As a child, Clare
would spend hours getting gussied up in her evening gowns and flashy
jewelry. Clare moved to Austin seven years ago to attend school. She
fell in love with the culture and diversity and can’t imagine calling
any other city home. She appreciates Austin’s uniqueness and finds it
refreshing that it has so many outlets to express one’s entrepreneurial
and artistic vision.
