From the moment the guests enter the restaurant to the moment they leave, they will feel that every sense has been stimulated and satisfied. The centerpiece of the menu will be sushi rolls, linking both traditional Japanese recipes and techniques with the indigenous foods of the United States.

Adding another piece of Americana, this restaurant will feature the return of the luncheon counter. Arranged in a horseshoe shape, the counter will allow all of the guests to watch the preparation of the rolls while interacting with their neighbors and our employees. The lunch counter will enhance the interactive nature of Roll On. It is the irreverent nature and fun-loving lifestyle of Austin that inspired the Reed Brothers to develop the concept for the restaurant.
