Speakeasy’s New Entrance is on Congress Avenue. Speakeasy opened for business in 1997 in the historic Kreisel Building in Austin’s famed Warehouse District. In the last 9 years of operation, Speakeasy has become one of downtown’s signature places to sit back, relax and listen to live music with friends. Speakeasy is a nod to our heroes of the prohibition era and to Austin’s Live Music following. Enjoy three different areas of Speakeasy from its nightly Live “Music Lounge” to the oh so popular “Terrace59” to the newly renovated “Kabaret Room” we have a little something for everyone.
