In July of 2005, lightning struck The Oasis and the resulting fire claimed 80% of the decks. Never one to be held down by circumstance, Beau re-opened within three days of the fire, moving customers to the remaining decks and salvaging as many employees’ jobs as possible. Plans to rebuild started immediately, and the result is bigger and better than ever before: three stories, more deck space, an innovative convertible indoor/outdoor live music venue.
