Jewboy Burgers' slider concept, Jewboy Sliders, stays open late every night, allowing you to skip that midnight fast food burger. On the menu you can find two different types of sliders: The Gringo (Smashed and Seared then topped with smoky Schmutz sauce, pickles and melted American cheese) and The Vato (Smashed, seared and topped with Hatch Green Chile ranch spread, grilled jalapeños and melted pepper jack cheese). And since it's late night, you may as well make it a combo and add on one of their sides like mini latkes, fries, or chips and queso. You can find their East location outside of Violet Crown Social Club, and their South location outside of Gibson Street Bar.

While there are plenty of food truck options open late, sometimes you just want to sit in the AC and enjoy your meal with a nightcap. This is when you should head to Murray's Tavern, where you can get upscale bar food with a good cocktail. They're open until 2am on the weekends, serving a special late night menu until close.

Late-night taco cravings are no joke. Luckily Rosita's Al Pastor is open 'til 3:30 on the weekends, so add that stop on your Uber ride home from the bars. Their pastor tacos (hence the name) are some of the best in town, and you'll be in love with their handmade tortillas.

Hometown dive bar vibes with really good food is what you'll get at Frazier's. Play some pool, pick a song on their jukebox, and order a nightcap along with a corn dog and some fries for an ideal ending to your night. Locals rave about their burgers, chopped cheese, and patty melts. Check out the rest of their menu here.

Pad Thai is hard to find past 9 pm, but luckily for you, Sap's recently extended their hours until 3 am daily. You'll feel like a million bucks in the morning when you substitute that late-night greasy burger for some fresh spring rolls and pineapple fried rice.

Happy Chicks isn't reinventing the wheel... but they're making it tastier. Located in the belly of 6th Street, Happy Chicks has a one-track mind laser-focused on making the best possible version of an old standby: chicken tenders. That crowd-pleasing food favorite is Happy Chicks' singular vocation, and the results are impressive. They're also open and serving food late on the weekends.

Las Cazuelas is one of those little gems that will make you look like a hero in front of your friends because not many people know about it (especially tourists). Sit down indoors or outdoors and eat some breakfast tacos or enchiladas.

Please, do yourself a favor and don’t leave Austin without trying our claim to fame in the doughnut world. Anthony Bourdain swore by ‘em, and you will too after one gooey bite. Try the Mother Clucker (topped with fried chicken), the Flying Pig (topped with bacon), or appreciate the simplicity of a regular ole’ Naughty & Nice cinnamon sugar doughnut.

Walk up and grab a paper plate loaded with a giant slice or two until 2:30 am. Jersey-inspired and locally owned, Hoboken Pie is truly an advocate for Austin's hungry (and often slightly tipsy) masses. Best consumed enthusiastically and messily while standing on the sidewalk.

Kitchen open until 1:30am

You can order Casino El Camino's world-famous burgers until 2 am. Pick a table, get your favorite beverage and order your food at the dive's kitchen counter. The burgers are massive, and the jukebox has been crowned "Best Jukebox" several years in a row by The Austin Chronicle.

There is no meal as iconically Austin as breakfast tacos. At Tyson's Tacos, you can get your egg-bean-and-cheese-laden delights any time of day or night. Try "The Rage" - a creamy-spicy bundle of joy containing eggs, black beans, fried avocado, pepper jack, and a healthy dose of creamy sriracha. (NOTE: Tyson's technically isn't open 24 hours - it closes for about 45 minutes in the afternoon (2:45-3:30pm) but it's definitely open late!)

Bennu Coffee isn’t just awesome because of their ambiance or killer coffee. What sets them apart from other coffee shops is that they’re truly community-oriented. All of their coffee beans are organic and fairly traded, and they also participate in recycling and composting programs and support a ton of local Austin charities. Let’s not also forget that they offer everything from pizza to salads and even tacos from just about every restaurant in town.

Enjoy some of the best pizza in Austin, Detroit-style. “The Cadillac” features a unique, sweet and salty combination of gorgonzola cheese, fig preserves, shaved prosciutto, shaved parmesan and balsamic glaze that, according to some, is nothing short of pure perfection. Crispy edges and quality meats & cheeses make this worth waiting for.
