COCHON555 is a mouth watering confluence of Heritage Breed Pork, chef-crafted tastings, freely flowing drinks, and more. It is, without a doubt, one of the most highly-regarded and sought after food events currently happening in the United States - and it's coming to the Four Seasons in Austin. Basically, this is a feast of food and drink that would make a Viking blush.
What's Heritage Breed Pork?
Even if you've never had Heritage Breed Pork, it's the kind of thing you can tell is delicious on the strength of its name. Heritage Breed Pork is the cream of the crop when it comes to pigs. The Kobe Beef of pork, if you will. Heritage Breed Pork is made by selecting from rare heritage breeds and relies on animals raised on natural diets without the use of antibiotics. This makes for a hell of a delicious pig.
