Their menu is inspired by Korean and Jewish ancestral traditions, making their own kombucha, sourdough, and fermented vegetables right here in Austin. Book it while you can because Austin’s gorgeous Mediterranean restaurant is serving up Hanukkah specials from Chef CJ Jacobson including Potato, Parmesan & Brussels Sprout Latkes with scallion crema and apple compote and Shawarma-Spiced Brisket Confit with pumpkin puree, sesame and currant gremolata in addition to the regular menu between Sunday, December 14th – Monday, December 22nd.

This restaurant is elevating their schmears from classic hits to modern bops - garlic dill, basil & lemon, blueberry, and almond pancake, the traditional gets a makeover worth eating. Find them inside various coffee shops around town or order delivery 48 hours in advance.

JewBoy has a name that's certain to raise a few eyebrows, but that's nothing compared to their actual food. If you hadn't guessed already, it's not your typical traditional burger place.
