Time to ditch third party delivery apps and get food delivered the old-fashioned way.
You may not know this, but popular delivery apps are crushing independently owned restaurants because of their harsh service and delivery fees. To make it worse, the menus are limited and fees are always fluctuating. Luckily, some of Austin's local and independently owned locations have their own delivery services, which is subsequently a better option for them and you! It's a dream come true: the restaurants get to keep the full profit, they have a full menu, and you don't have to pay the outlandish service fees. With that being said, here's a list of restaurants that offer direct delivery services without using third-party delivery apps.

If you’re feeling like a nice cozy night in with some delicious comfort food, we highly recommend ordering delivery from China Hill. Their expansive menu offers a wide range of Asian cuisine that’s sure to cater to everyone’s tastes. China Hill has minimal delivery fees and doesn’t require you to go through a third-party app. Plus, their drivers are always friendly and professional.

When it comes to pizza delivery, you have plenty of options, but we find one of the best places to order from is Jet’s Pizza. Their pricing is a good middle ground between some of the more popular chains and the more boutique pizza restaurants, and their delivery is usually pretty quick. Pro-tip: don’t forget to order some of Jet’s homemade ranch!

Tso Chinese is built for delivery and serves their Americanized Chinese menu to Central and North Austin areas.
