Sushi Roku, originally from California, is a newer sushi spot in Austin focusing on using the freshest fish possible with ingredients from Latin America and Europe, creating some real works of art. Head to their downtown location daily from 4-6pm for their happy hour to try out some standout menu items at a discounted price. Nigiri, rolls, handrolls, appetizers, and hanabi (their signature crispy rice topped with spicy tuna, yellowtail, avocado, or wagyu) are a bit cheaper during happy hour, as well as some of their specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and sake.

Known as one of the best places to get affordable yet delicious sushi in Austin, Lucky Robot's happy hour proves why it's an essential place to visit when you've got a hankering for raw fish. Happy Hour is Monday-Friday from 4:30 to 6:00 pm where you can enjoy discounted pork belly sushi, zucchini katsu, sake maki, prime dry-aged maki, and other favorites, including vegetarian options and discounted bottles of wine and sake!

You can get sushi rolls for as low as $6 at BarChi Sushi's daily happy hour from 4 to 7 pm Monday-Saturday. On Sundays, happy hour lasts all day. BarChi Sushi has become a go-to Japanese restaurant in Austin for great food and a bar area perfect for late-night gatherings, especially during their late-night happy hour on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 pm - 12am. Food and drinks during HH range from $2.50 to $14.50.
